Since 2004 I have been using Gmail for personal use. Now businesses can sign up for a dedicated account for their company and send email from their domain name. The Google Apps a Software-as-a-service for business email, information sharing and security works well and can be setup like any other email system. You can receive email on your smart phone with IMAP so you can access your email from anywhere and it will stay in sync.
