I have just started using Google Voice as the automated voice mail service for my small business. It has some cool features. The interface is like Gmail so it keeps track of my contacts and messages. I even use it to call out side of the US on a regular basis. The Google Voice service is free. International calling has inexpensive rates similar to a calling card. The calls sound like you would expect from VOIP but with fairly good clarity. You can email voice mails to your coworkers, I have embedded a voice mail below so you can see how this feature works.
